SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Our Fitness programs are like no other! Your students will benefit from a great program led by some of the best teachers across the country! Our instructors are passionate about physical education and our programs consistently advise students on the importance of making sustainable, healthy life choices.
We teach a range of programs that are designed to keep school students active throughout their day. We encourge a positive atmosphere and have found the more students in the class the better it is for everyone (teachers included).
Our program development is done 4 the children. We are linked with the Australian Curriculum and we take great pride in ensuring our students get the most educational BOUNCE fitness classes. We entertain, engage, and interact with the students while keeping them in a controlled environment – no chaos! All of our fitness classes are high energy and create an amazing buzz throughout the school. Our instructors encourage enthusiasm and creativity while maintaining a balance of focus and controlled energy.
OSHC PROGRAMS
Our Incursion Workshops are highly interactive fitness based workshops designed to be both FUN while doing FITNESS at the same time! We come to your school hall or outdoor area fully prepared with all equipment needed for each workshop but most importantly our outstanding qualified instructors!
Our Director has spent many years as a Coordinator of large (200 Place) OSHC Centres receiving "Exceeding" National Standards with the Assessment and Rating. She knows exactly what the children, educators and families are wanting from their Vacation Care Incursion Workshops which has set our programs out from other providers. Children need variety of stimulating and energetic incursions where they are learning without even knowing (because holidays is not a time for learning right?)!
All workshops are linked and integrated with the My Time Our Place Framework and are specifically designed for children aged between 5-12 years old in a vacation care setting. What are you waiting for? Let’s get these kids bouncing about!
